Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice
explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way
your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it
available on where personally identifiable information maybe requested.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the www.austintxwake.com
website. On some pages, you can make requests for project quotes. The types of personal
information collected at these pages are:
Name
Email address
Phone number
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when request a quote only to aid in
providing you with an accurate quote. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to complete that quote.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not
used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share
with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited
a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out
our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify
those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online
in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to
opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of
information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never
collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13,
and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Rental Terms:
NO GLASS is permitted on the boats, boat docks, lakes, or on marina property.
NO SMOKING allowed on any boat. (Minimum $500 fine for burn marks on boat) *e-cigs and vapes are allowed.
NO DRUGS
All passengers must sign the rental agreement prior to boarding the boat.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rentals must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus booking fee, processing fees, and any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start time of the reservation will be 100% liable for the full amount of the reservation. Weather related cancellations will be made solely by the owner and/or representative of the company; weather cancellations will receive a refund of unused time, minus the full booking fee.
All cancellations may be subject to a 10% processing fee, of the reservation total, and/or withholding period. Booking/ Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Please note that as of March 14th, 2020 covid-19 is no longer considered an extenuating circumstance and now falls under our general cancellation policy.

Weather Policy in a nutshell: We will go out Rain or Shine. Lightning in the immediate area will constitute a stoppage or postponement. All weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Atx Wake Adventures. Cancellations made based on weather "forecasts" will not warrant a refund, unless the cancellation is made by the company. We will only make weather cancellations the day of the reservation.

*Please note that we are here to make the best out of your boat day, and if you need to change your plans or cancel give us a call ASAP at (512) 656-0808. We will always try to make arrangements that will be the best solution for You and Us!
Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the reservation, or "No-show" reservations, will not be refunded.

Payment Policy:
ALL charters must be paid in full before the start of your reservation. ANY gratuities that are added to your card will be paid in full before departing the boat.
